Under the Australian Aid Program a new mechanical workshop complex comprising workshops, offices, hard standing areas, associated infrastructure and equipment was constructed to replace the PWD buildings destroyed by Cyclone ‘Uma’.

Alexander and Lloyd in association with SMEC International project managed the works and provided full architectural services including feasibility, design, and construction documentation and contract administration.
