Alexander and Lloyd through their subsidiary Professional Group Australia provided full architectural services including preparation of an urban design plan, design and construction documentation for an exclusive beachside residential and commercial development comprising low and medium rise town houses and villas in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

This project involved a comprehensive understanding of the environmental, social and religious requirements of the users. The development contains 80 high quality specialised units providing a variety of accommodation including 2,3 & 4 Bedroom villas. The project also included for the provision of roadworks, landscaped parks and community and shopping facilities.
