This project included the assessment and preparation of the Project Brief, the in-country finalisation of the Client’s long term aims and requirements of the Agency (production of a Master Plan), followed by the design, documentation and contract administration of the building component. The works included alterations to the existing building and construction of a new computer, library and archives building.

Alexander and Lloyd provided the project direction and team leader for the preparation of the assessment and project brief. Architectural services carried out included Master Planning of the Agencies sites, the design of the alterations and new buildings, followed by full documentation, tendering and contract administration. The implementation of future work to be carried out by other bodies was also programmed.
