Alexander and Lloyd provided architectural services for a high quality grouped residential development of a large inner city site including, feasibility planning, detailed design, documentation and contract administration. The project comprised a mixture of high rise apartment units and low / medium rise town houses built around internal courtyards.

The development contains 154 units providing a variety of accommodation including social housing, pensioner units and 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom family units. On site undercover parking is provided for approximately 230 cars. Community rooms, sitting rooms, landscaped terraces and play areas are among the community facilities planned into the development. The development has achieved a character, scale and density compatible with the surrounding area. It is well patronised and maintains an excellent reputation for a community based residential development.
