Alexander and Lloyd provided architectural services for a pre-cast concrete low / medium rise, high density residential development for a suburban site including, developed design and construction documentation.

This project utilised technical expertise gained through A&L’s prior involvement with the ‘Sirius’ Apartment Project.

The development contains a variety of accommodation including social housing, aged care units and 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom family units. On site parking is provided along with community rooms, sitting rooms, landscaped terraces and play areas.
