Fred is a qualified builder with seven years post graduate experience in the PNG and Pacific construction industries.  He has on-site construction management experience on both simple and complex projects dealing on a daily basis with the client, stakeholders, and the architect and construction contractor.  His construction skills are underpinned by sound administrative and computer skill. Fred is currently A&L’s on-site Construction Supervisor for the Upgrade of the Northern Provincial Hospital Project on Santo, Vanuatu.
